Weights Lifted

As many know, I have been undergoing a process to receive my National Board teaching certification. There are two parts to this: a portfolio of your work and a computerized test. I am half-way through now, as I mailed off the portfolio on Saturday! This has been such a process...and I definitely couldn't have done it without the help of a couple of very important people. I want to take a minute to thank the following people:

• Patrick-has been very supportive and helpful. He doesn't always understand why I do the things I do, but he has helped me by taking care of Bailee and proofreading my entries. He's finally getting his wife back after all this time!
• Robin-my sidekick! Couldn't have done it without you! She has so many other things going on, but she always finds the time to help others! She was packing her box too, but she ended up coming to my rescue on two occasions yesterday! I love you!!!
• My Dear, Sweet, Wonderful Mom-has listened to me rant and rave, proofread multiple drafts of my 4 entries, picked up and entertained Bailee, and helped me in my classroom too.

Thank you to all that have helped with this! I knew going into this it was going to be a "team effort" and you all certainly proved that! Whether or not I get it, I appreciate your help and love all of you!
