One of Patrick's best friends, Chris, recently turned 30, and for his birthday he got a custom-built Chopper. Well, we were in the kitchen cooking dinner one night, and we heard this noise that sounded like a helicopter landing on our house. (For those of you that know Patrick (a.k.a. "Worst Case Scenario"), he probably thought that it was going to CRASH into our house!!!) As it turned out, it was just Chris and his new toy, but we both got to jump on it, and I (as usual) had to do something silly. This thing was so big I couldn't even reach the handles! Our neighbor even got in on the action!
Unfortunately, a few days later Chris "dropped" the bike when part of the frame separated from the front wheel as we were leaving the lake house! Fortunately for him, he wasn't going fast, but I know it was SCARY! He was fine...other than his hurt pride. We were just so happy he didn't hurt himself!
