Daycare Update

I'm a little confused, frustrated, and all-around concerned about this whole situation.

Bailee has been in her new school for three days now, and the past two days when I've come to pick her up, she's been in the corner crying!!! No one is consoling her, she's had a runny nose, and she just genuinely seems upset.

Here's the confusing part...I got her card, and it said she had a great day! And nap time was much better...she even put herself down! What's happening, though, is that the teacher who Bailee has become very attached to leaves around 3:00, and two young ladies come in to finish off the afternoon. Well, that's all fine and good, but they still have to take care of my child!!! I shouldn't walk in at anytime and find a child (mine or someone else's) crying and the people in charge IGNORING them! I just think this is very irresponsible!

And on top of it, she has begged for something to drink as soon as we get to the car! Because of her kidney/ bladder issues, she NEEDS to drink throughout the day, and from what I can see, she's not being offered her cup. If Bailee doesn't drink periodically throughout the day, she could have a relapse and we could be in the hospital!

Not to mention she's been incredibly fussy and ornery every afternoon once I've gotten her home!!! Gah, this is frustrating!

I am in no way upset with her morning teachers, but I will be talking with them in the morning and voicing my concerns. I just think it's ridiculous that 2/3 of the time I've been to get her, she's been crying and alone! I was already hesitant to put her in school, and now I've just not had a good experience so far! I hope this gets better soon........
